The research is in that eating bugs can have immense health benefits. Not only are they a far more sustainable food source than most livestock or fish, but they are full of nutrients as well.

Scientists recently discovered that oil made from insects is very high in omega-3 fatty acids, which helps prevent heart disease, ease symptoms of arthritis, and make hair nice and shiny.

So, would you eat food cooked with oil made from insects, or is the gross out factor just too much to handle?
