At this week's UN General Assembly in New York, world leaders laid out a 15 year plan to make the world a better place. The campaign is outlined in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and its core objective is improving the lives of people around the world in a sustainable, long-term way. Broadly speaking, these are the world's biggest problems that the UN hopes to address:
