What Are The Best Universities In The World?

Ivy League schools may be famous, but none of them make it in the top three. So what are the world's best universities?

When you think of top universities, names like Harvard and Yale tend to come to mind. But these colleges, as well as other Ivy Leagues, typically don't even make the top five highest ranked universities in the world.

On the west coast, Stanford University is consistently ranked in the top five, boasting an alumni roster that includes Chelsea Clinton, Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer and John F Kennedy.
