It's hard enough when someone you love dies, but then you have make dozens of decisions, sort through a mountain of paperwork, close down accounts, send off notifications. It's overwhelming.
A handful of end-of-life websites are coming online that promise to simplify the aftermath.
Everplans, Everest Funeral, My Life & Wishes are a few examples and while most charge an annual fee, some are available as an employer perk.

The idea is that a person creates an account before he or she dies. She can upload a will, life insurance policies, financial statements, plan the funeral -- including where it will be held and what music to play -- allocate mementos, save important paperwork and passwords, even assign a caretaker for a remaining pet.
There's a place to enter passwords to a variety of accounts, including email and social media sites.
