This Mosquito Lab is Changing the Future of Disease Prevention

What if we could prevent all mosquito transmitted diseases?

The Zika virus has caused quite a panic around the world with some people avoiding trips to South America all together out of precaution. But Zika is just one of the diseases that a mosquito can transmit. In many parts of the world, mosquitos still transmit dengue fever, malaria, and West Nile virus every day.

At the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine they're hoping to change that. In their underground mosquito lab they test all kinds of repellants in hopes of finding the most effective way to prevent mosquito bites, therefore preventing multiples diseases around the world.
