DISCOVER THE #UNDISCOVERED. Check out Land Rover USA
The Great American Road Trip, made up of the open road, gas station beef jerky and sunflower seeds, and the ever-enticing roadside attraction. Called tourist traps by the more cynical, these decorations, monuments, and works of art are sometimes historical, often homemade, and usually the most memorable when randomly stumbled upon.

There are far too many roadside attractions in the United States to count and there isn't really a strict definition for what qualifies. Dinosaurs are a surprisingly robust category - such as the T-rex in Vernal, Utah that dons seasonally appropriate attire. Supersized homages to Americana are another oft-cited favorite, like the largest ball of twine or a giant beer can. The website RoadsideAmerica.com has a round-up simply titled "White Squirrels." For those who prefer more natural sites, there are trees to drive through, live in, and, of course, forests filled with dinosaurs.
For any American who thinks there's nothing to with their ample summer hours, hop in your car, head down the highway, and find your nearest roadside wonder. We can't guarantee you'll be amazed but it will be entertaining to say the least.
