UC San Diego's climate scientist V. Ramanathan explains how existing technology could be the answer to reducing climate change.
Under current guidelines, the planet is on target to exceed a 2 degrees Celsius by 2050 and a 4 degrees by 2100, triggering serious large-scale problems by the end of the century. Ramanathan accurately predicted this trend back in 1980 by charting it along a graph. He now wants us to find ways to bend this curve through ready-to-adopt solutions today.
