From hamburgers made with liquid nitrogen to a six-foot stormtrooper cake, there's a lot of bizarre foot out there. With the arrival of the edible balloon, things just got a little bit stranger. The helium-filled dessert is served at Chicago restaurant Alinea. The balloon is green apple flavored and can be eaten two ways. Either suck out the helium through the balloon and then dig in (as in the below video), or pop it with the attached needle and then go at it.
How would you eat it? Let me know in the comments or on Twitter.
