Many things in nature seem to subscribe to the idea that life is better if you stick together. Dinosaurs were no different. A great many of those also moved in herds. They did it either for protection -- there's strength in numbers! -- or for hunting. Either way, the herd mentality seemed to be the ticket.
Here, thanks to the wonders of CGI, human imagination, and the knowledge base found in the fossil record, we get a glimpse of some of those dinosaur herds, as they roam over the land. Large brontosaurs move with their babies. Families of pterodons and pterodactyls fly across the sky. Meanwhile, apatosaurus and shantungosaurus herds lumber across the landscape.
