On February 19, Sir Richard Branson presented the newest model of Virgin Galactic's SpaceShipTwo called VSS "Unity." Its the latest spacecraft built by Virgin Galactic in its quest to start a space tourism industry. If you have a $250,000 to spare, you can get yourself a ticket. Apparently, Stephen Hawking has been offered a spot for no charge. Branson's company has had its share of failed launches, including the SS2 Enterprise breaking apart in October 2014 after lift-off in the Mojave Desert, killing co-pilot Michael Alsbury. Virgin Galactic is one of several companies eager to develop commercial space travel into a full-fledged private industry.
