Swaziland Has Nearly Halved the Rate of New HIV Infections

Almost a third of adults in the southern African nation were HIV positive in 2011, but greater access to anti-retroviral treatment dramatically reduced the rate of infection, officials reported during the International AIDS Society conference in Paris.
