are divided into two groups, omega-6s, or linoleic acid, and omega-3s, or alpha-linolenic acid, both of which we need to survive and can only be sourced from food.
Nuts, seeds, sunflower oil and corn oil are a handful of foods rich in omega-6. Fish, such as salmon or mackerel, and walnuts are rich in omega-3s.
