U.S. Navy Lt. Bradley Snyder lost his sight in Afganistan disabling IEDs (improvised explosive devices), and now he's representing the U.S.A. in a different capacity. Snyder is a paralympian, swimming for the United States in London's Paralympic games. The coverage here at home is thin, but occasionally the stars eek through. Sadly, Snyder is one of many paralympians who won't see a moment in the sun like a Ryan Lochte or a Missy Franklin due to the lack of prime-time NBC coverage. But, these paralympians keep positive, winning attitudes and with their training behind them, many will bring home a medal. via CBSNews
