A startup in San Francisco is eyeing the sky. It wants “unmanned delivery agents” (in the form of a robotic quadcopter) to deliver tacos to you. Just order lunch from TacoCopter on your smartphone.

The startup’s in private beta currently, but so far, the concept has people intrigued, with more than 44,000 Facebook likes and 6,000 tweets.

I’m more curious about the East Coast version: LobsterCopter (not joking). Does it rain crustaceans in Boston?
