Gun Links Gone from Medal of Honor: Video game publisher EA has removed all links to gun shops from its popular war-based game, Medal of Honor. Oddly enough, the pressure to take down the links came from the National Rifle Association. A week after the shootings in Newtown, Conn., NRA vice president Wayne LaPierre spoke at a press conference, saying, "There exists in this country, sadly, a callous, corrupt and corrupting shadow industry that sells and stows violence against its own people."

Vice President Joe Biden is heading up a panel to that will examine, among other things, possible links between children's exposure to video games and violence.
