There have been iPhones in space, iPads in space,people skydiving from space and now the ultimate test: a hamburger in space.

Feast your eyes on this hamburger from B.Good in Massachusetts. These Harvard students decided to send one of their tasty morsels to the stratosphere using a weather balloon. Luckily for us, they caught the whole thing on film with a GoPro camera.

The beefy passenger soared to 90,000 feet before the balloon burst, allowing the hamburger (and rig) to plummet back to the ground where it was lodged in a tree ten stories up. Luck prevailed again when a storm dislodged it the following day. via Discovery Blogs
